When practicing yoga, we are not trying to fit ourselves into the shapes of the poses. We are letting the shapes of the poses work within our unique bodies. Every one of us comes from a different background. Not every pose is for every body. As we learn more about ourselves, physically, mentally, and emotionally, we realize what each pose is teaching us. We learn how we will feel in each pose. All of the teachers at Namaste’ Yoga honor you and want to help you feel better every day in every way. Always ask us for help!
